The Medinillas are semi-epiphytic (like orchids). In their tropical native environments, they can be observed growing in forks of trees, hollow logs, and rocks. Dark green glossy leaves and large pendulous grape-like clusters of pink flowers. An easy to grow plant that will reward you with flowers throughout the year. It is recommended to give it morning sun or bright filtered lights throughout the day.

Allow the top 1/3 of the soil to dry out between watering.
